For transparency, here is how the major privacy frameworks relate to this site:

• GDPR (EU/UK): Applies to businesses that target or monitor individuals in the EU/EEA. This site is directed only at homeowners in South Florida (Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties) and does not target EU/EEA residents, so GDPR does not currently apply to our processing.
• CCPA/CPRA (California): Applies to for-profit businesses that do business in California and meet certain size thresholds (for example, over $25M in annual revenue, or handling personal information of 100,000+ California consumers/households a year). As a small, locally-operated South Florida business, we do not meet these thresholds, so CCPA does not currently apply to us as a matter of law — though we still honor privacy requests as described above.
• Florida Digital Bill of Rights: Applies only to very large businesses (over $1 billion in global annual revenue plus other criteria). It does not apply to us.
• Laws that do apply to us: general U.S. consumer protection law (FTC Act Section 5), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) governing calls and texts, and Florida real estate transaction and consumer protection law. This policy is written with those in mind.
